The NTC announced that, for the second time around, the hearing on Globe’s alleged illegal lease of frequencies from Altimax will be rescheduled at the request of the two “defendants”. No surprises here.

Dennis R. Babaran, NTC legal department head:

“The hearing has been scheduled for November. We still need to wait and consolidate responses.”

Hearing has been rescheduled to November 9.
