Low. This has got to be the worst mobile phishing message that the Troll has ever seen since… like… ever. The sentence construction is really bad, the punctuation is very lost and the words are all wrong (“2nd price” should be “2nd prize” – Jeebus) and for the umpteenth time – the government does not hold raffles.
