Yesterday all requirements are forwarded to ntcospac@yahoo.com and the next day Ive got an email from Mr. Vic Gusto replying on my request and will have to call again after 4days for the follow up or update on my request of blocking my phone. I will wait for this moment to be completely done, it is a small way of revenge for those thief or holdapers! There is no app in the world that can facilitate this, even the telcos will be hard put to locate handsets as they can only triangulate on a large area scale (meaning, they can say that the phone is within the Taguig area, but not specifically where).
